Kristin MacCarthy is Cresa’s Chief Financial Officer and an integral part of the Leadership Team. She leads Cresa’s Finance team, with a focus on financial reporting, long-term financial planning, and capital planning to support recruitment and acquisition objectives as the company implements its long term growth strategy.

Kristin is a proven business leader with nearly 30 years of progressive financial management experience within successful business-to-business, consumer and distribution corporations. She comes to Cresa from JLL, where she was the CFO, Market Solutions, responsible for driving strategic growth and efficiencies and managing profitability. Prior to JLL, Kristin held financial management positions at several major companies, including US Cellular and Grainger.
Kristin holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA from St. Mary’s College. She is a CPA and a Six Sigma Certified Black Belt.
