Mindy started her career in commercial real estate in 1986, working in an architecture firm designing office space for occupiers. In 1999, Mindy became a real estate advisor for a local occupier representation-only real estate firm. When Mindy joined Cresa’s Washington, DC, office as a Managing Principal in 2012, she founded Cresa’s Nonprofit Practice Group, of which she is a co-leader. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Mindy led Cresa’s internal Remote Work Task Force, which resulted in a new service line, Cresa Remote Advisory Services. Over the last 37 years, Mindy has had the privilege of representing the most prominent nonprofits and associations in the US and globally.
We believe in being the change. We work together to find new ways of doing things that create value for our clients — and for each other. Because there is not much that feels better than collaborating to make a positive difference each day. At Cresa, we offer an opportunity to be part of something bigger. To learn, advance, mentor and be recognized. Your voice will be heard, and you will be valued for both your individual and team contributions.
