Cresa is proud to recognize three outstanding examples of leadership, service and collaboration across our organization: the Collaboration Award team, Michael Wasyliw, recipient of the Cresa Service Award, and Rick Door, recipient of the Bill Goade First Citizen Award.
Each of these honorees reflects what makes Cresa’s platform powerful: the ability to bring people together, solve complex challenges, support one another and deliver exceptional results for clients. Their contributions demonstrate the impact that can be made when expertise, humility and a shared commitment to doing the right thing come together.

Collaboration Award
This year’s Collaboration Award recognizes a cross-market team that came together to support a company that was evaluating a major shift in its expansion strategy into the U.S.
When the client faced uncertainty surrounding potential tariffs, Cresa's Toronto team brought together a multidisciplinary team to lead a comprehensive site selection and incentives strategy. The team built a dynamic, data-driven decision matrix, using a web-based Tableau model to rank markets across the U.S. and leveraging insights from the Bluechip platform to identify North Carolina as the top location.
The result was a 250,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, an additional 115,000 square feet of expansion and a meaningful package of state, city and county incentives for the client. Their work demonstrated the value of collaboration across offices, service lines and specialties, delivering an outcome that no single team could have achieved alone.
Please join us in congratulating this year’s Collaboration Award winners:
- Andrew Chapman, Toronto
- Ron Spencer, Supply Chain Solutions
- Ann Harts and Alicia Hutchings, Site Selection
- Scott Dumler and Chuck Stauffer, Charlotte
Cresa Service Award
The Cresa Service Award recognizes an individual whose impact is felt across the organization, often in ways that are not always front and center but are essential to how teams operate, collaborate and succeed.
This year’s recipient, Michael Wasyliw, has been a steady and trusted presence at Cresa for more than 20 years. His contributions have helped shape not only how the company works, but how teams work together. As a long-standing member of the Project Management Leadership Team, Michael has helped guide, support and elevate the Project Management platform across the firm.
Michael also played a critical role in championing Smartsheet for Cresa’s Project Management teams, helping build, refine and train teams across markets so others could succeed. Beyond the tools and processes he has helped create, Michael is known as a connector, cultural cornerstone and trusted colleague who shows up with consistency, humility and kindness every day.

Bill Goade First Citizen Award
The Bill Goade First Citizen Award honors a leader whose career reflects lasting impact, integrity and a commitment to shared success. This year’s recipient, Rick Door, has spent more than two decades building something far bigger than himself. With more than 25 years in the business, over 30 million square feet represented and more than $60 million in transactions, Rick’s track record speaks for itself.
As a leader of both the Denver and Salt Lake City offices, Rick has helped create a platform where others can thrive. His impact extends beyond production and performance. He is known for showing up for clients, colleagues and the company with integrity, dependability and a team-first mindset. His leadership reflects the belief that success is not individual, but shared.
Rick’s ability to leverage the full power of Cresa’s platform, bringing people together across markets to deliver smarter and more strategic outcomes, represents the very best of this recognition.
Congratulations to this year’s honorees. Their leadership, service and collaboration continue to strengthen Cresa and create meaningful value for the clients and communities we serve.
