Cresa Unveils Cresa Core, Its Unified AI-Powered Occupier Technology Platform
New platform brings strategy, transactions, project management, lease administration, and portfolio optimization into one connected system
CHICAGO (June 3, 2026) — Cresa today unveiled Cresa Core, its unified technology platform for occupiers. Built to bring together real estate strategy, site selection, transaction and project management, lease administration, and portfolio optimization, Cresa Core gives advisors and occupier clients a secure, connected system for faster, more informed real estate decision-making.
“We are excited to introduce Cresa Core,” said CEO Ray Anderson. “As an occupier-focused firm, we look at data through a tenant-first lens. Cresa Core gives our advisors and clients a shared source of truth that helps align local market insight with broader portfolio priorities. Whether a client is managing one location or hundreds, the platform combines advisor expertise with technology that can scale as needs evolve.”
Cresa Core was developed with direct input from Cresa advisors who use the platform in client work every day, allowing the company’s in-house development team to continuously refine and expand functionality based on real-world needs. The platform also integrates with leading ERP, IWMS, accounting, and other business systems to centralize information used in strategic real estate decision-making. It is governed through secure controls designed to protect client data, which is never used to train outside models.
Designed to improve visibility, speed, and coordination across the real estate lifecycle, Cresa Core includes six AI-powered modules:
• Core Lease Administration & Lease Accounting
• Core Transaction Management
• Core Project Management
• Core Business Intelligence
• Core Site Selection
• Core Labor Analytics
The launch of Cresa Core marks the latest step in Cresa’s broader technology strategy. In 2025, the firm expanded its technology capabilities with the acquisition of Bluechip Insights, a labor analytics tool. Cresa Core brings together and builds on those capabilities under a unified brand and platform experience.
“We continue to invest in technology and AI because connected data supports better and faster decisions for clients,” Anderson added. “Cresa Core brings those capabilities together in a way that strengthens our occupier-focused model and helps differentiate how we serve the market in a conflict free and secure environment.”
