Mackensey serves as a Senior Analyst on the Cresa Data Center, Capital Markets & Advisory team, where she provides comprehensive analytical support across all facets of the team’s investment and advisory services. Her primary focus includes valuation, market research, financial modeling, and investment underwriting for data center assets.
Mackensey works closely with institutional investors, REITs, and operators to evaluate acquisition opportunities, analyze lease structures, and track market trends across hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise-grade facilities.
Prior to joining Cresa, Mackensey was part of the JLL Capital Markets Team, where she served as an Investment Sales Analyst specializing in retail assets. In this role, she was responsible for the underwriting of multi-tenant shopping centers, preparing broker opinions of value, producing offering memoranda, and managing the due diligence process from initial marketing through to closing. Her transactional experience and exposure to institutional-level real estate underwriting provide a strong foundation for her current work in the mission-critical sector.
