Bri Zajac is a Managing Principal with more than 15 years of experience leading complex, multi-market real estate programs, facilities operations, workplace transitions, and portfolio strategy. She currently leads one of Cresa’s largest national project management accounts, overseeing a team of 145+ professionals delivering integrated project management, transition, relocation, move, and change management services across a large, dynamic portfolio. Bri is known for building scalable programs that bring structure, consistency, and measurable results to complex client environments. Her expertise spans service delivery strategy, program operations, process development, portfolio planning, workplace experience, and data-driven decision-making. A collaborative and people-focused leader, she places a strong emphasis on transparency, mentorship, and empowering teams to navigate change and deliver exceptional client outcomes. Prior to joining Cresa through Pacific Program Management, Bri held leadership roles with King County and CBRE. At King County, she helped lead building operations for a portfolio of nearly 3 million square feet and supported strategic initiatives related to operations and organizational planning. At CBRE, she developed and scaled a national facilities services program supporting a rapidly growing specialized fulfillment portfolio, establishing service delivery standards across business lines and leading the launch of 42 locations totaling 2.3 million square feet in a single year.
