The goal was to allow internal associates worldwide to remain focused on high‑level strategy while day‑to‑day execution—including restacks, renovations, and relocations—was managed by an experienced external partner.
A major early objective was the optimization of the firm’s Philadelphia headquarters, requiring significant space reduction, a complex multi‑floor renovation and restack, and the seamless relocation of a large employee population within the active location.

Our scope included planning, coordination, and execution of workplace initiatives across both domestic and international locations over a 10+ year partnership.

At the Philadelphia headquarters, Cresa delivered:
- 235,000 SF reduction in overall footprint
- Complete renovation and restack of 11 floors totaling 255,000 SF
- Decommissioning of 2 floors (42,000 SF)
- Relocation of 1,500 employees within the building
- On‑time project completion, enabling full decommissioning and turnover of vacated space
