JAMF engaged Cresa to manage a multi‑phased office build‑out that would reflect the company’s innovative, technology‑driven culture. The project required full oversight from demolition through move‑in, including budgeting, drawing review, contractor bidding and selection, and construction management. The client’s goal was to create a sleek, high‑tech workplace that supported training, collaboration, and future growth, with flexibility to expand as needs evolved.Results
Our team delivered the initial build‑out, providing a state‑of‑the‑art office featuring classrooms, private offices, adjustable workstations, and conference rooms uniquely named after New York City boroughs. Ultra‑modern classrooms were equipped with iPads and laptops for each student, while conference rooms featured wall‑mounted, teleconference‑enabled HD displays. Following completion of the initial phase, Cresa managed the seamless expansion into an adjacent suite, supporting JAMF’s continued growth and delivering a cohesive, future‑ready workplace.Related
