The Cresa team was selected to manage Chester Charter Scholars Academy’s (CCSA) transformative relocation and construction project – a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility for its growing K-12 student body on an 11-acre parcel of land.Results
The new building includes, and is certainly not limited to, two fully-equipped dance studios, a band room, a sizable stage in the cafetorium, a graphic arts studio, a visual arts studio, and incredible natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows in each classroom. The school is also a major proponent of community integration, as evident by the inclusion of an 11-acre site open to community athletic programs, including soccer and baseball fields on the new school site. The multi-phase project was successfully completed and ready for CCSA occupancy on time, with ample time for the faculty and staff to prepare for the upcoming school year.Related
