As Market Leader, Bill supervises a diverse team of occupier-focused real estate professionals who specialize in Transaction Advisory, Municipal Incentives, Technology, Capital Strategies, Project & Development Services, and Portfolio Solutions. His responsibilities include business development, service delivery, community & industry relations, recruiting & retention, client relations and the overall profitability of the Michigan P&L.
