Nathan Knowles is an Atlanta native with global leadership experience spanning corporate America and commercial real estate. Beginning his career in distribution, he gained firsthand knowledge of real estate and supply chain operations before advancing into local and international leadership roles.
Nathan has led large business units and P&Ls, negotiated leases for more than 1 million square feet of warehouse space, conducted data center site-selection for a leading technology company, optimized supply chains, managed global accounts, and advised on H1N1 vaccine distribution. His background and experience help clients understand how real estate decisions affect their entire business operations. Having worked on both sides of the table, Nathan offers unique insights that help clients make informed decisions and execute their business strategies.
