Chandler Pope is a Vice President in Cresa’s Atlanta office, where he advises office and industrial tenants on lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, and expansions. He also provides strategic guidance on the acquisition and disposition of owner-occupied buildings and investment properties. Known for his disciplined execution and data-driven insights, Chandler delivers measurable results through a client-first advisory approach. Prior to joining Cresa, he served as Vice President at Highgate Partners, specializing in healthcare leasing and investment sales across Georgia and the Southeast. He began his career at Ackerman & Co. in 2014. Chandler resides in Brookhaven, Georgia with his wife and daughter.
