At Cresa’s Atlanta office, Ben Jennings represents occupiers of office space, delivering strategic, tenant-focused real estate advisory services. An Atlanta native, Ben combines deep local market knowledge with an analytical approach to help tenants navigate site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, and relocations. Ben advises clients throughout the real estate lifecycle, leveraging market data and financial analysis to secure flexible, cost-effective solutions aligned with business goals. He earned his Real Estate degree from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and previously supported the brokerage team at Joel & Granot Real Estate through market research and analysis. Outside of work, Ben enjoys golf, travel, music, and the outdoors.
