Veteran Broker Bart Pucci Joins Cresa

Cresa, the world’s leading occupier-focused commercial real estate firm, today announced that veteran broker Bart Pucci has joined the firm as a Managing Principal. He will be based in the firm’s Century City office.

An industrial and creative office specialist for more than 30 years and one of Southern California’s top real estate professionals, Pucci advises clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of large, complex real estate transactions. He joins from Savills, where he recently represented Smart & Final in its 1.4 MSF distribution center lease in Rancho Cucamonga, CA; Restoration Hardware’s 1.0 MSF distribution center lease in Ontario, CA; and the Keck School of Medicine USC’s acquisition of an 80,000 SF medical and research facility in West Los Angeles. In addition, Pucci played an instrumental role in the transformation of the LA Arts District when he represented Lucky Brands in its 50,000 SF headquarters build-to-suit which helped establish the area as a creative hub. His previous experience includes stints at CBRE and Grubb & Ellis where he led the firm’s national industrial group.

Throughout his career, Pucci has been actively involved in a number of industry organizations, including of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR), National Association of Industrial & Office Professionals (NAIOP), and Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association (LACRA).

He is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
