Cresa's San Francisco office is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing project team. We are looking for an individual who can assist in managing multiple high profile commercial construction projects, focusing on everyday project needs such as attending meetings, providing coordination on projects and conducting move/relocation management.


  • Support project executives on all projects and assignments
  • Proactively manage project-related issues on accounts or assignment
  • Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects
  • Conduct and document all weekly meetings
  • Coordinate and track all Vendor RFP’s
  • Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation
  • Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
  • Prepare/update project status reports and invoices
  • Update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials
  • Meet client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner


  • Minimum of 5‐8 years of experience as a Project Manager, Architect/Design Project Manager
  • Ability to prepare and track budgets
  • Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed
  • Experienced, self‐motivated, customer‐centric and results‐oriented
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced startup environment
  • In‐depth knowledge of the commercial design and construction process
  • Proven track record of success delivering projects on time and on budget
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
  • Capacity to work effectively both independently and in teams
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to identify and manage priorities
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Planning, or related technical field
  • Excellent project management and time management skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to read and understand construction documents
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit a plus
  • Experience with corporate interiors/tenant improvements
  • Ability to sketch and or use software to illustrate space/fit plans
  • Knowledge of systems/contract furniture
  • Experience with relocation management
  • Biotech experience a plus
