Project Management

The Cresa Project Management Team manages the entire process for you – from workplace planning through design, construction, furniture procurement and relocation planning and management. We truly have an integrated business model. We collaborate with our real estate advisors through the entire process to make sure your needs are met every step of the way. Additionally, we make sure your project is delivered on time, within budget and to the desired specifications.

We ensure success by taking complete control of the following:

WORKPLACE PLANNING 

Develop a workplace strategy to right size your space and support your business objectives. Create space programming documents and test fit plans to see how your company fits within the building envelope. Create preliminary schedules and budgets after evaluating each potential site. Research and evaluate all options and objectives to help with your real estate decisions.

PROJECT TEAM COMPOSITION 

Competitively bid on all project vendors. This includes architects, construction managers, furniture vendors, audio visual, cabling, sound masking, security and relocation management. Customize each bid list based on the project size, scope and location to ensure building the most qualified team.

BUDGET 

Develop and manage all project budgeting, contracts and invoices. Monitor and control all spending for your project, proactively advising you on methods that can help create savings.

SCHEDULE 

Oversee the entire project schedule, informing you of key dates that involve the design, construction and vendor processes.

DESIGN 

Oversee the design professionals and process to assure that the team works toward common goals to value engineer your project from the start.

FURNITURE 

Oversee the design and procurement of all furniture purchased for the project. Determine if any existing furniture can be repurposed. Manage furniture vendors to confirm orders are placed according to the project schedule, deliveries are scheduled and installation is implemented according to plan.

CONSTRUCTION & VENDOR MANAGEMENT 

Manage all vendor contracts and schedules to confirm all trades are coordinated properly for a seamless delivery. Oversee the construction team to ensure construction documents are adhered to.

RELOCATION PLANNING & MANAGEMENT 

Implement your entire move, plan the transition, coordinate internal committees, hire the mover and provide 24/7 move coordination, so that your employees can keep working with few limited distractions.
