Jim Hazard is a Managing Principal at Cresa and directly involved with the firm’s vision, growth and strategy for the Texas region. He advises office and industrial occupiers with real estate strategy locally, throughout the US and internationally. His expertise includes portfolio strategy, site selection, lease negotiation and restructure, acquisition and disposition, and investment sales for both privately-held and public clients.

Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Spanish from Southern Methodist University.
Jim serves on the Board for the Industrial Asset Management Council and is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, Retail Industry Leaders Association and was Chairman of the Great Southwest Industrial District Association. He is also recognized annually as a D CEO Power Broker and Dallas Business Journal Heavy Hitter.
Jim supports numerous charitable organizations, especially the passion he and his wife share for the Genesis Women’s Shelter and North Texas Food Bank.
