David F. Stringfield serves as Managing Principal and Co-Head of Cresa Investment Banking which focuses on structuring and implementing real estate finance transactions for Cresa clients. The Investment Banking Team applies creative advisory, transaction management, deal structuring, and marketing expertise to deliver capital solutions for corporate clients. David has more than 30 years of experience advising corporate occupiers of properties and has been with Cresa since 2003.
