Cresa Promotes Two Executives to President Amid Continued Growth
Cresa, the world’s leading occupier-centric commercial real estate firm, today announced it has promoted Tricia Trester to President, Global Portfolio Solutions, and Mark Wanic to President, Project Management. In their new, expanded roles, both executives are charged with guiding long-term strategic growth and developing enhanced, streamlined client services.
“As we kick off 2026, we are thrilled to elevate Tricia and Mark—both of whom have made it their mission to strengthen Cresa’s platform and service to clients since their arrival,” said CEO Tod Lickerman. “Their leadership and success have had a significant impact at Cresa, and we are thrilled to recognize them with these promotions.”
Trester joined Cresa in 2021 to lead the Client Solutions group. Under her leadership, she has tripled client revenue while also creating an industry-leading center of excellence where she and her team deliver sophisticated transaction management and portfolio strategies to the firm’s global occupier clients. In her new role, Trester will continue to lead Cresa’s portfolio strategy, innovation, and execution model, partnering closely with teams across the firm to drive growth and enhance client outcomes. Trester was previously a Managing Director and Principal at JLL, and Head of Enterprise Solutions, EMEA at Cushman & Wakefield.
Wanic joined Cresa with the PPM acquisition in 2024, as Executive Vice President of Portfolio Project Management, and has played a pivotal role in building and scaling the service line’s growth. In his new role, he will oversee all Project Management services and delivery at Cresa, capitalizing on synergies across the company’s footprint to drive continued success and sustainable growth. Prior to PPM, Wanic was the Chief Revenue Officer at Fischer and Americas Head of Occupier Services at Cushman & Wakefield.
Over the past 14 months, Cresa’s overall growth has been driven by the strategic acquisitions of Bluechip Insights, Fischer, and Pacific Program Management (PPM), broadening the Corporate Solutions and Portfolio Project Management platforms to meet the increasing client demand for integrated commercial real estate services.
Added Lickerman, “As our clients’ footprints expand across the globe and become more complex, it is more important than ever to be able to provide actionable insight and real-time solutions across national and international markets. With Tricia and Mark in place, we are poised to fortify and fine-tune our existing platform for continued success.”
