Cara Trani Appointed Cresa San Francisco Bay Area Market Leader

SAN FRANCISCO – March 4, 2020 – Cresa, the world’s largest occupier-centric commercial real estate firm, today announced the addition of Cara Trani as the San Francisco Bay Area Market Leader. Ms. Trani will be tasked with leading the development and execution of the company’s growth plans in the key market, including overseeing the newly opened Silicon Valley Office, which was formed in 2018 as an extension of Cresa’s San Francisco Office. In the region, Cresa has worked with clients such as SurveyMonkey, Chime, OneMedical, Global Foundries, Upwork, Twitter, Palo Alto Networks, Headspace, and Perfect Day.

Ms. Trani brings over 15 years of real estate experience to Cresa, having most recently served as a Senior Director at WeWork within the Real Estate Group, where she handled business strategy and operations for the Headquarters by WeWork initiative. Prior to WeWork, Ms.Trani spent approximately ten years with the JLL San Francisco Occupier Advisory Group. Ms. Trani started her career in commercial real estate at Colliers in Sacramento.
