Pete Warsinske joined Flinn Ferguson Cresa in 2023. Pete began his real estate career with CBRE, where he earned Rookie of the Year for the Northwest Region and Top Producer by Title for most quarters he spent with the company. Pete is focused on understanding the nuanced business objectives of his clients in the healthcare, biotechnology, and high technology verticals and articulating those through the most flexible and capital efficient real estate strategies.
