Cresa Named Private Company Deal Team of the Year at the 2018 Corporate Growth Awards

Cresa Global, Inc. was selected from a pool of the most accomplished and successful deal teams in the D.C. business community by the 2018 Corporate Growth Awards Committee. The award was presented at a black tie gala on May 22, 2018.

The award recognized Cresa’s team effort in merging 19 independently owned and managed commercial real estate advisory firms into a previous non-existent entity now called Cresa Global, Inc. With the help of Baker Tilly and Greenberg Traurig, the Cresa management team navigated a complex transaction process that unified and further strengthened Cresa’s business platform as the largest global occupier-only commercial real estate advisory firm.
