Chris specializes in representing occupiers of office space. His background in finance and real estate have given him the skill set required to excel in lease analysis, space acquisitions and dispositions, and cost mitigation. Before joining Cresa, he was first an intern with Cresa’s Baltimore, Maryland, office where he focused on advising occupiers of technology and engineering firms. Prior to this, he completed an internship with TLG Real Estate Services, a full-service firm in Tallahassee, Florida, where he focused on financial analysis of the multi-family real estate market.

Chris received his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University where he majored in Real Estate & Finance. He was an active member in the Real Estate Society as well as the Securities Society.
Chris is a member of the following organizations: Urban Land Institute (ULI); National Association of Industrial & Office Parks (NAIOP); and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
