He has negotiated hundreds of office leases in excess of 15 million square feet on behalf of occupiers in every major industry. He negotiates, drafts and closes complex lease transactions, including office and warehouse leases with corporate occupiers. He is an expert at developing concession strategies backed by hard, independently verifiable market facts, including rent abatement, landlord IRR, early lease restructure, and lease terminations with buyout.
