Cresa's Salt Lake City Office Bolsters its Team

Veteran CRE Exec, Michael Chappell has been promoted to Principal. 

Salt Lake City, UT (August 11, 2023) – Cresa, the world's leading occupier-centric commercial real estate firm today announced the promotion of Michael Chappell to Principal and the addition of Patrick Hearst as Senior Advisor to its Salt Lake City office.

Michael Chappell has more than 30 years of expertise in commercial real estate, encompassing leasing, development, management, acquisitions and dispositions. With an exceptional understanding of Salt Lake City's office market— and particularly its dynamic industrial market -- he has successfully executed more than four million square feet of transactions for his corporate clients.

Hearst joins Cresa as a Senior Advisor. He has eight years of tenant advisory experience working with local companies to support both office and industrial transactions, advising on site selection, occupancy planning, lease negotiation, financial analysis, workplace decisions, subleasing and flexible offices, portfolio management and supply chain logistics. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis in Agriculture and Environmental Education.
