I advise companies to grow and manage their real estate portfolios. I can help with site selection, occupancy planning, lease negotiation, workplace decisions, subleasing and flexible offices, portfolio management, and supply chain logistics. My main role is to help my clients decide where they need to be, how their space should work to serve their business, and how to secure the space with the best possible terms. I also build and manage the team of attorneys, contractors, furniture suppliers, IT support, movers, and other service providers that get my clients moved in and operational within their spaces. At Cresa, we only represent tenants, never landlords, so we can negotiate in our clients' best interest, conflict-free.
Outside of the office I'm really passionate about cycling, playing bass guitar, skiing, and snowboarding.
