With nearly 20 years of experience in occupier advocacy, Josh has completed a wide range of transactions involving corporate and medical clients. Prior to joining Cresa, Josh managed the tenant representation division at a regional brokerage firm where he specialized in lease acquisitions, renewals, dispositions, and relocations.
Josh combines extensive market knowledge and well-honed negotiation skills with a thorough understanding of landlord, investor, and tenant dynamics to maximize occupier leverage. Known for a personalized and client-centric approach, he ensures each company’s unique goals are prioritized throughout the entire real estate cycle.
