The Dallas / Fort Worth quarterly Office Market Report details Class A & B stats across each submarket in the metroplex as well as DFW as a whole.

The market has reported 4,410 new leases signed, totaling 16.2 million SF, on pace to surpass last year’s total of 19 million SF. There is currently 8.1 million SF under construction, with 42% pre-leased. Over the last 12 months, rent growth has been positive at 2.4%, with Class A office assets reporting 1.8%, compared to the national average of 0.4%. New York-based financial firm Goldman Sachs announced a truly transformative project. The $480 million, 950,000 SF regional campus will be adjacent to the Perot Museum of Nature and Science. When completed, it will house nearly 5,000 employees a redefine the Dallas skyline.
