Project Manager, Project Management

Bio

Val Amorosana is a project manager at Cresa specializing in tenant services. With six years of experience as a tenant improvement (TI) General Contractor, Val brings extensive pre-construction, project management, plan reading, and third party coordination expertise — particularly in Class A/AA interiors, healthcare, and capital improvements. Val is a dedicated professional who strives to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Prior to Cresa, he was a key member of the StructureTone Southwest project team that successfully completed Varispace Southlake in September 2020. Val managed the entire project lifecycle, from extensive pre-construction planning and budgeting
to on-site delivery over a nine-month period.

Most recently, Val served as the Pre-Construction Manager for HRNCIR Construction. In this role, he established the preconstruction department and played a critical role in increasing the company's revenue by 50% during his tenure.

Val received his Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Finance with a minor in Philosophy from the Cox School of Business at SMU in 2019 where he remains active in the alumni community.
