Bio
Robert Garrick is a seasoned commercial real estate executive with more than 20 years of experience leading transactions and advisory work across all major asset classes, including office, industrial, retail, healthcare, and land. He brings a unique blend of real estate expertise, finance and international business experience to help corporate clients navigate complex markets and make informed real estate decisions. Prior to joining Cresa, Robert held leadership roles at several firms, including Mohr Partners, TenantBase, The Weitzman Group, and Frost Bank, and also founded and operated his own brokerage. At Cresa, Robert serves as a Principal, to deliver tailored, occupier-focused solutions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from St. Edward’s University.
