Cresa Returns to Nashville With New Office Lead
A global brokerage with big name clients like Oracle Corp. and Twitter is returning to Music City.
Cresa, which bills itself as the largest occupier-focused commercial real estate firm in the world, has re-entered the Nashville market with the hiring of former Colliers’ Senior Vice President Bill Buntyn, according to a news release.
It’s take two for the Chicago-based firm, which first opened a Nashville office in 2009. That office closed when its team left for a competitor in 2019, but the brokerage giant did not forget about Nashville.
“Nashville has experienced significant growth over the last 15 years attracting substantial institutional investment in both office and industrial sectors. We're already doing considerable work in Tennessee supporting our national clients who seek to expand throughout the state, and now having boots on the ground allows us to service those clients more effectively and position us to grow local business in one of the country's most dynamic and fastest growing markets,” a spokesperson for Cresa told the Business Journal.
