Client Objectives

Bristol‑Myers Squibb engaged Cresa to support major, highly visible projects within its Research Support Facility and Vivarium Quiet Labs, including Building 27—the company’s largest vivarium to date. These projects required rigorous validation, commissioning, and quality assurance to ensure that all systems were installed correctly and met strict performance standards. BMS’s internal project managers sought additional technical expertise to manage the scale and complexity of the work while minimizing operational risk.
