Echo Financial Products, originally headquartered in King of Prussia, needed to expand their real estate footprint due to hiring growth. Some of the main objectives of the project consisted of the following;
- Identify properties in close proximity to major roadways that serve the Philadelphia region
- Area must be highly amenitized
- Prioritize both building and space image to coincide with Echo’s long-term cultural incentives
To meet their profile, we conducted a thorough analysis of the region and provided them with several options to accommodate their expanding business needs.
After evaluating various market alternatives, Echo relocated to 1265 Drummers Lane, Wayne, PA 19087 – a part of a four-building campus known as Swedesford Park, owned by Buccini Pollin Group. This campus is located right off of Swedesford Road across from Lifetime Fitness. Buccini Pollin Group purchased the campus in 2019 and has since redeveloped the entire park including new building facades, lobbies, restrooms, a new café, fitness center, locker rooms, and a conferencing center. We delivered a completely renovated space, featuring an exposed ceiling and floor-to-ceiling glass to view the park’s outdoor landscape and local amenities.
