Bio
Jerry has an exceptional track record of delivering quality projects within scope, schedule constraints, and budget for over 30 years. This includes 14 years as a senior project manager for two global corporations, EDS and GM, with responsibility for large-scale ground-up construction, tenant improvements, expansions, and relocation requirements for major offices, data centers, and production environments throughout the US and Asia Pacific. During the past 20 years, Jerry has continued his career with three major US commercial real estate firms, providing direct coordination and supervision of all client construction, fit-out, and downstream vendor procurement and coordination services related to the project.
Jerry has managed over 400 complex projects requiring high-level coordination of activities and risk assessments, and has a proven record for fast-track, on-time delivery of finished projects and subsequent follow-up activities. His success is built on providing outstanding service for clients to identify project value and savings.
