As a tenant advocate, Ted has negotiated on behalf of national, local, and Fortune 500 clients. He has been engaged in all aspects of the real estate process including strategic planning, project management, site selection, lease negotiations, sublease dispositions, and lease administration. He has extensive experience in national corporate representation throughout the United States and Canada on behalf of tenants in multiple transactions in over 25 states.
