Isaiah is an Advisor in the Cresa Portland office, where he provides strategic, tenant-focused real estate services to clients across industrial and office sectors. With a Finance degree from Portland State University, he brings a capital markets lens to every deal, leveraging insights from CMBS loan structures, refinancing timelines, and landlord debt positions to create leverage for tenants. Isaiah is known for his analytical approach, strong relationships, and commitment to delivering value beyond the lease.
