As Vice President in the Cresa Toronto office, Gordon helps his clients define their regional, national, and global strategies by guiding his clients through an objective process supported by a suite of services to ensure they maximize their goals and the value of their real estate decisions.
Gordon has twenty years of experience in commercial real estate, focusing on strategic consulting and transaction management for office, industrial, and retail tenants and corporate space occupiers as well as portfolio management for multi-market corporate tenants and space occupiers. Gordon has worked with many companies in various industries including logistics, manufacturing, distribution, engineering, educational, financial, information technology, medical, advertising, and retail.
