As a Finance and Research Manager, Ashish is responsible for researching and creating market reports, industry trends, property surveys, and conducting financial analysis.
More than 8 years of experience in alternative investments, strategic consulting and asset management across Commercial Real Estate, Hospitality and Retail sectors. Prior to joining Cresa, Ashish was working as an Analyst for Deyaar Development (public listed, semi govt real estate company) in Dubai, UAE. Ashish’s experience also includes stints as Analyst in London, United Kingdom and Mumbai, India. Ashish is highly proficient in MS Excel, Real Estate software and data analytics tools.
