WHO'S NEWS: Cresa Hires New Principal, Denholtz Announces New Director of Leasing
Barry Lewen has joined Cresa as a principal of the New York office. Lewen has specialized in tenant representation assignments, commercial property leasing and strategic opportunity development for over 30 years. Among the many clients with whom Lewen has worked are General Electric Investments, New York University, Metropolitan Life Insurance, the Royal Bank of Scotland and CBS’ Outdoor Division. Prior to joining Cresa, Lewen served as Executive Managing Director for Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors. He has held senior positions for a number of brokerage firms including Grubb & Ellis, Jones Lang LaSalle, Edward S. Gordon Company and Helmsley Spear, Inc. At Monday Properties and B.C. Lewen Realty, Lewen learned all aspects of asset management from an owner’s perspective He holds a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University.
