“We’re delighted that this fully renovated and highly amenitized property, located in Manhattan’s premier neighborhood for leading tech and media companies, will serve as their New York home for years to come,” says Nelson Mills, Columbia’s CEO. Columbia notes that it was represented by Paul Amrich and Neil King from CBRE, and Cresa’s Christina Clarke in San Francisco and Peter Sabesan in New York City represented Twitter.
In addition to Twitter, the building houses Room & Board’s multi-story, modern furniture showroom and a FlyWheel Cycle Studio. Commercial Observer has reported that Twitter has been subleasing parts of its space to Lyft, Netflix and Major League Baseball.
