The Trade Desk agreed to take 95,580 square feet at 1114 Sixth Ave. The advertising technology firm plans to move its headquarters from 2 Park Ave. The asking rent was from $85 to $103 per square foot. Cresa handled the deal for the tenant. CBRE brokered for the landlord, Brookfield Property Partners.
