Peter Sabesan and Richard Selig Join Cresa NY
Peter Sabesan and Richard Selig have joined Cresa’s New York office as managing principals, continuing its recent expansion.
“As the leading tenant advisory firm in the country, Cresa is an excellent fit for Richard and me,” says Sabesan. “Our careers have been focused on this sector for more than 30 years, and we bring an in-depth understanding of the New York landscape.”
The pair founded Hunter Realty Organization in 1997. In 2010, they purchased the New York City franchise of Coldwell Banker Commercial, which became one of the top franchises in the country.
“Peter and Richard have extensive experience, not only as tenant advisors, but as owners, mentors and leaders of their own firms. We started together at Helmsley Spear and, later, at Hunter Realty,” said Jim Pirot, who heads up Cresa NY’s project management group.
