It’s been a strong year in New York City from an office leasing perspective. No area of the City has seen more success than the West Side. Of the 11 largest leases that took place in Manhattan 5 were completed in Hudson Yards, Manhattan West and at Hudson North along the Far West Side/Midtown West markets.
