Simeon Weber has joined Cresa as a Vice President. As a specialist in commercial tenant representation in New York City for more than three decades, Mr. Weber has arranged leases for well over 1 million square feet. Among his most recent transactions are the 76,000-squarefoot lease for Necessary Objects; 51,000-square-foot lease for OuterStuff; 26,000-square-foot lease for CCG Metimedia; and 23,200-square-foot lease for New York-based hedge fund, Platinum Partners.
