Marcus has recently joined the New York office as an Advisor. Prior to joining Cresa, Marcus was a Technology Advisor at JLL NY, where he positioned him as the vital link between clients, brokerage, and technology. He has over a decade of experience with CRE tech firms, such as CoStar, Compstak and WeWork where he has managed leasing for several key locations.

At Cresa, Marcus hopes to focus on empowering clients by tailoring corporate RE strategies to align with their business needs, offering expertise in site selection, portfolio management, and tenant representation services.
