Chris is a Principal of Cresa Global Inc., the world’s largest commercial real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents office and industrial tenants. Chris worked for Cresa from 1995 – 2018 and returned in 2023 to focus on his true passion of only representing Tenants and Corporations on their local, regional, or national needs. Chris’s primary focus is on bringing Cresa’s full scope of robust service line capabilities and proprietary technologies that allow him obtain the most favorable outcomes in requirements involving real estate. Prior to moving to Las Vegas Chris specialized in representing corporations on their national and global real estate needs. Chris brings that strategic background to his local clients in the Las Vegas industrial and office market.
