McLean’s strengths include an extensive knowledge of lease clauses, requirements and trigger points. He also brings an ability to see lease and space requirements through a unique lens due to his years of experience identifying and pursuing lease audit savings for his clients.

McLean also leads the Lease Forensics & Enforcement division in Cresa’s Kansas City office. McLean provides innovative and aggressive cost savings techniques and expertise, working with Cresa’s clients and their landlords to discover cost saving opportunities through an audit of lease files, invoices and year-end reconciliation statements.
