Nick provides a wide range of project and relocation management services to the Cresa-Minneapolis team in the areas of tenant improvements and new construction. With degrees in both architecture and urban planning, Nick has a unique perspective on strategy and space that he uses to meet occupiers’ objectives. His project management background in tenant improvements specifically provides him with the knowledge, experience, and understanding to effectively advocate for the client.
