As a project manager, Mike oversees site selection, facility development, project financing, design and construction, schedule, budget, and vendor selection. Mike has extensive experience managing the design and construction of healthcare and foodservice projects ranging in size and budgets from $100,000 to $17 million. He has developed exceptional knowledge in energy management, sustainability, building codes and standards, utility infrastructure, BMS systems, food safety, and OSHA and healthcare regulations.
Mike is solutions-oriented, keeping projects on schedule through skilled teamwork and communication with vendors to anticipate project hurdles and identify solutions.
