As a project manager, Jon oversees site selection, facility development, project financing, design and construction by coordinating client needs, schedule, budget, and vendor selection in areas of tenant improvements and new construction. His project leadership experience involves work with clients of all sizes, and with a variety of complexities in the industrial, government, corporate, and retail/hospitality market sectors.
Jon has a passion for finding practical solutions within the inevitable challenges that construction presents. The key to his career success has been anticipating the needs of his clients before they articulate them, making the process run as smoothly as possible for the best results.
